Pros
Pay is good to very good (everyone always wants to know this first); good people are hired generally (some bad apples get in but are gone soon enough); they give you time to get comfortable in your role - learn as you earn; leadership in the building listens to the hourly employees.
Cons
Sometimes the bad apples aren’t gone quick enough-not really a fault of GP due to this day and age and the processes needed to get rid of bad people; sometimes it can get pretty hectic if staffing is lower than expected. Not really any cons that should stop someone from working here.
