Pros
HQ located in a convenient part of Atlanta. Culture is value focused. Work/life balance may be a the best you could hope for. GP has a made a culture shift since being acquired by Koch Industries and is currently making and investment in internal innovation.
Cons
Career progress and tutoring could be slower than many expect. Groups are very scilo-ed and not much sharing is done between work groups.
