Pros

Decent work life balance. Hours aren’t more than 40. If you are looking to do the bare minimum, you can get away with it here without repercussions.

Cons

No room for growth. Advancement is denied or not an option. Executives and Senior level executives are all older and not looking to grow. Tech is so, so bad and years behind where it should be. What should take 15 seconds often takes 2 hours or up to days to complete. Change is virtually impossible as the higher staff are content where things are. You can easily make $25-50k more in the Private sector. Salaries are well below job market. What they call an annual raise is barely a cost of living adjustment.

Pros

Small company makes it easy to network.

Cons

They took away a work from home day, so it’s not as hybrid as it was.
