The job is fairly straightforward. Managers act with teamwork mentality and push you to get experience in different areas. MANY interesting areas within the division, and opportunity to move around.
Cons
Standard monotony of regulatory bureaucracy. Turnover is high for non-managers (not due to work environment as much as potential for other opportunities), so managers can tend to forget your particular level of experience. You may also need the initiative to self-teach.
