The workplace and teamwork is very professional and simultaneously relaxed and friendly. Management throughout the ranks is comprised of a variety of strengths and very affable people.
Cons
The shear number of products that require attention can be overwhelming. In addition, while administrative work is relatively low for a salesperson, the procedures for executing promotional events and acquiring printed materials for accounts can be taxing. Stock outages can be an impediment to relationship-building with customers, but is not unique to this distributor.
