Pros
Tips are kept by wait staff - unless on card when 70% of the tip is given/kept. Most staff members, managers and customers are lovely and great to work with/for.
Cons
The staff area is uncomfortable as outside in QLD heat and it gets flooded with heavy rain. There is a small discount on food and drink for staff, no company organised staff events. It can be difficult to get hours as they over staff and cancel shifts before arrival or shorten shifts after you arrive fairly frequently.
