Pros
It's a small company so you really have an opportunity to know each angle of the business. Everyone has a strong sense of responsibility, which makes working more fun as everyone pulls their own weight. Everyone who works here is so supportive of one another! The culture is great and the CEO is flexible and understanding; this has made being a working parent more manageable.
Cons
It's a small team and this isn't a fit for everyone - you can't hide and you need to pull your weight.
