Fast development, a good concept, essentially you could consider George’s as a good place to hone your skills to work elsewhere

Lack of training for development, you get the role but you need to train yourself which results in huge oversights, lack of funding for product, lack of funding for foh rota meaning few overworked staff. Lack of support and understanding of how the food culture in Leeds differs from Nottingham. Started off with a bang on the fad of the donuts and candy floss and just didn’t develop into the proper British food it claimed to offer.

Fast paced working environment, good value food.

Only concerned with table turnover, practically pushing dinners out the door
