Work Culture: 1) You will feel as if you are in graveyard shift. No fun nothing at work place. 2) No restrictions on dress code however they emphasize on formals. 3) Desks are never cleaned unless you explicitly request for it. 4) Team interaction is minimal. 5) HR is dumb and is of no use. It never listens to your grievances. 6) You get one piece of sweet on festive occasions. You feel like you are a beggar. 7) Only 1 printer available for entire floor and that too prints are to be accounted for. 8) No AC in pantry and cafeteria..ACs switched off after 6pm. so u have to sweat and work if u stay late. 9) Canteen food is terrible. 10) No work from home facility 11) You are monitored all the time by some IT mechanism regarding what activity you are doing on PC. Work related activity need to be atleast 8-9 hrs or else it is considered as leave. More emphasis is on these type of waste activities instead of actual development work. Appraisals: As high as 4-5 %. More than what petrol hike is every month. Transportation: Late night transports are not available. When requested for it, admin says arrange yours and learn self-defense in case u stay late. Even the evening transportation does not cover all areas in the city. Buses are pathetic and bus fare is high.
