Pros

A good place to work overall, with some good folks and a flexible schedule.

Cons

A company managed as a friend's club ended with unqualified people being promoted, resulting in a poor management team, and the best talent leaving.

Pros

There is a strong commitment among many staff members to collaborate and work effectively as a team, despite some challenges. The work itself can be very fulfilling, and when teamwork aligns, it creates a rewarding experience. The VP fosters a positive work environment where staff feel respected, valued, and heard. In the NorCal office, team-building activities have been instrumental in strengthening communication and camaraderie, while also providing opportunities for staff to engage in enjoyable and meaningful experiences together.

Cons

The new CEO appears to have a traditional leadership approach and may benefit from adapting to the evolving needs of the team. The recent partnerships with other companies have been challenging, and there seems to be a disconnect between the intended goals and the actual outcomes. Additionally, there is a concern that the new CEO has not prioritized building relationships with the staff, focusing primarily on higher-level concerns and his own well-being. Regarding the former CEO, there have been instances where expectations were unclear, such as scheduling inspections without adequate details, leading to frustration and misunderstandings. This lack of guidance has, at times, left staff feeling unsupported and unprepared, particularly when interacting with clients.
