      Pros

      Worked on challenging and interesting projects, a lot of people when I started were very motivated and talented, most of those people left or were let go. Can gain knowledge, but don't expect much mentorship. Pay was OK, but not what I would say is in line with other firms.

      Cons

      Let go of or let top talent walk out the door, owner has very limited views of staff, especially staff who do not hold a masters or better degree. If you are hired as something, that is pretty much where you will stay. As I said, a lot of talent has walked out the building due to issues with the owner.

      Pros

      Used to be very tight knit committed to quality, had some very talented staff that supported each other.

      Cons

      Where do I start, since 2013 they have lost over 85% of their staff or turned over that much staff. Owner is committed to sucking as much money out of the company before it goes under. Staff has no respect for owner as owner berates and belittles his managers/engineers/staff and whoever stands up to him. Very poor attitude in majority of staff as most staff that were worth anything are gone. Now are forced to hire people that no one else wants or people don't know anything about the company.
