Decent work environment to work at by industry standards as long as you get your work done.

Can be stressful at times, management have some temper issues, communications can be tough due to many different languages. Pay feels low compared to what headlines like to promise us these days, maybe it's the industry, hard to say. Management is also really old in general, and that brings its own set of problems.

Got to work on major infrastructure projects. Centralised site office location. Great upper management.

There is room for improvement in ensuring clear lines of communication.
