      Great, healthy environment that encourages career development. Extremely knowledgeable people willing to share their knowledge.

      Not many, all I have is praise. Expansion has been difficult but management has dealt with it well.

      Pros

      A lot of responsibility early on, Many cool projects and a receptive management willing to OK R&D projects if value can be presented. Great for self starters.

      Cons

      Few opportunities for progression and little training, collaboration or supervision. When asked requirements for progression, management were unable to provide KPIs.
