they ask people to volunteer for 3 months, then if you are "qualified" to be a slave, they will ask you to leave. What is worse is that they ask you to write good reviews on Glassdoor or Google, otherwise the boss will trash you around. Tons of. Oh my where do I even start. They ask new employees to work for 3 months before getting paid, which is illegal btw, and most people are told that they are not a good fit for the company after that 3 month. So a total waste of time. If you are lucky enough to survive that period, pay is 13 hourly after that but you work for 9 hours and only get paid for 8. And believe it or not the owner does not even speak English. I had a hard time understanding him. Most employees there spoke Mandarin, it was extremely hard for a non-speaker like me to fit in.
