Pros
Some middle management people are truly fantastic individuals who care about their employees. Fair amount of PTO. 401k/Benefits. Nice new building with gym.
Cons
Noncompetitive Pay - GeoBlue thinks they can retain employees by paying them the bare minimum. Majority of senior management fired in late 2018 - many of whom helped found the company and built it from nothing. No room for growth - company wide hiring freezes hinder any vertical mobility.
