Don’t value good staff - Anonymous employee Genus plc Employee Review

The management structure is very weak, there was no clear direction and a clear lack of the necessary skills and experience to move the business forward. HR are very hands off and the induction process is very poor. They don’t value experience and skills and whilst I met some nice people, the Change and IT team were extremely toxic and unprofessional, completely lacking a ‘Team’ culture.
