Management is disconnected from store level. Numerous suggestions and improvements have been raised to direct manager, however these are never acknowledged. Always playing catch up due to this. Clientele experience has increasingly gotten worse and leads to direct abuse of staff, as profit margins on items have exponentially increased disproportionately to increase in supply chain or cost of business.
