So many — 1) It’s a top down culture with high levels of hypocrisy and bureaucracy 2) Severely underpaid employees - across the board 3) Tone deaf / regressive management 4) Expectations of being at the beck and call of client / working long hours / not much value or appreciation. lot of unpaid labor masked with “leader of abc” or “champion of xyz”
5) A culture where they talk about being inclusive, but are not really.
6) A mandatory 4-day a week work policy that nobody loves, people are miserable, and literally, attendance is taken.
