- No sick days, you have to take PTO when you're sick. - We don't take typical federal holidays off. We just started MLK day the past 2 years. - You have to essentially work your way up to your vacation PTO. You don't just get 2 weeks off the jump. - "Whatever it takes" mentality; unless you set firm boundaries, you are expected to stay until it's done (I'm talking 1am, 2am, I've been there until 3 am for an important deadline) - Work/life balance can take its toll - If you want to succeed here, it's 90% dedication to Gensler, 10% outside life; you're constantly pushed to do Gensler-related extracurriculars. It's how you get "seen" by leadership
