Pros
- Great coworkers - easy to get along with and work with
- Sales can be tough, but training was good when I was there and the metrics were fair in my opinion
- You get in what you put out - if you are willing to learn beyond what the job title is, you can get good experience
Cons
- Low pay, it’s to be expected with contract work but it is very low compared to the market average and there’s no overtime (even though there technically is in the contract)
- There is growth opportunity within your contracted team, but little outside of that - this job is a stepping stone, not a career
- Due the above , it’s a revolving door - if you’re not hitting your metrics, then you’ll be out quick.
