Pros
- Benefits package is great - Bonuses
Cons
I'll be honest, it used to be a great place to work. Pay has always been on the low end, but the office environment and bonuses helped greatly balance it. Since covid, they started "reforming" how we handle business and its become more of a prison sentence. No pay raise for more work, and they've made it harder to grow career wise for now enforcing a 2 year rule before being able to be promoted or even considered for one. Poorly planned return to office and rolling terminations have reduced employee count to half, but yet they blame everyone but themselves for drop in performance and morale. Agents no longer are able to interact with upper-management since they all hide in the side meeting rooms , despite us originally having a open office environment where everyone sits with everyone else. FLMs do what we can, but being middle man for news between agents and higher-ups has become laughable. Aside from a once in a while site meeting, they don't receive news from anyone , just emails and FLMS. The company was fun, inviting, and refreshing with how open it used to be. We focused on learning and upscaling agents to grow with business, it's none of that now.
