There are absolutely no pros about this company
Cons
1. They dont have much clients or projects 2. They will layoff but silently to stay away from media 3. Senior level management is just there for free salary 4. RMGs are good and they try hard to get you into a project, but this business itself does not have much clients so ultimately no projects for you. 5. Policy to work for minimum 10 hours. Very less appraisal (< 4%) as no business in the global markets. 6. Poor AI capabilities and lagging in tech.
