You learn a lot! Some times you can have a wage bonus. Only if the company did well. But it doesn't matter if you met or exceeded expectations. It depends on how the company did.

Bad atmosphere, bad treatment, bad leaders in CEO, majority shareholder and other director positions. Many people are fired very often. People leave by their own decision too. Profits are laughable.
