Should be held responsible for personal damages! - Supply Chain Analyst/Senior Buyer Genmark Automation Employee Review

Never paid suppliers on time, yet still had unrealistic expectations to have just in time delivery!! Nepotism, racism & sexist!! I was threaten with my Job on a weekly bases to preform to impossible high standards under the financial situation. Was verbally abused! Received sabotage training from peers because of their fear of losing their jobs. Dishonesty abound!! I no longer work in high-tech because of this common treatment of employees in this industry.
