They make promises they can't keep and operate with a complete disregard for employees' well-being. There's no commitment to long-term growth or development of employees. Inefficient Processes: Genisys Group has no well-defined processes in place. It's a chaotic environment where decisions are made haphazardly, leaving employees in a constant state of confusion. There is no structure for career progression, and personal growth is not a priority. Lack of Learning and Training: There's a complete absence of learning and training opportunities. Employees are left to fend for themselves when it comes to acquiring new skills or staying updated in their field. This lack of investment in employee growth is glaring.
