Come whenever you want. No tracking software of work if you are in office. If you are working from office you are a hard working employee.
Cons
WORK CULTURE: They will initially take you to party, movie, dinner, playing games just to make you stay and feel how cool this organisation is. Later, they will make you beg for your own money. If you are working from home than you are only passing out time. They will put software in your system to track your work. They will cutoff salary if your DeskTime doesn't shows productive for 8.5 hours. They will not at all trust you if you are working from home and you can even chill and pass time by working from office, no one would care. T Preveledges are only for those whom they like. They treat their employees like servents. They will expect you to work even if you are tested covid positive and wouldn't allow paid sick leaves. No work life balance in this job, they can call you anytime and ask you to work. SALARY: Salaries are released partial and in 2-3 months. HOW TO SUSTAIN: Only if you are chamcha or maintain good relation with one old employee you will be highlighted even for doing nothing. You will be awarded "employee of the month" without putting much effort and if you dare to raise a voice you would be put into PIPs. LACK OF APPRECIATION: Even after all if they would appreciated their employee for their work, But they will never do that too. Instead will expect you to work on weekends and holidays. NO ONE TO ADDRESS EMPLOYEES ISSUE: No Proper HR to listen employee issues. They want HR to be their Puppet. They will never ever understand employee's situation from what they might be going. Basically the owner once had a vision, to start something new and fancy but they couldn't do it and fact is they are not accepting this truth. Companies doesn't run this way. Even Ram bhaiya can run this organisation better than the current founders.
