Pros

Great price on lunch, cup cakes once a month

Cons

Major lack of management experience, maturity, process. Always short staffed, extremely busy and chaotic. You get the general idea that it is completely out of control. Unable to keep staff. High turnaround. From the inside looking at the rest of the company, you would never imagine that Customer Service is within the same company. In CS flex time is a complete joke (non-existant), you have to work Canadian holidays and Xmas holidays as well. Also need to work month end and cannot leave until you are advised to do so. Always behind, always stressed out. I do not believe anyone takes a lunch, you can, but god forbid you waste anytime if you want to leave on time Oh and if you want to take a 10 min break PLEASE be sure to add that on to your hours of the day, RIDICULOUS. To anyone looking to join Genetec CS, take the time to really think about it. It is not at all what they tell you during the phone interview. Absolute worst job I have ever had.

Re-orgs have affected team unity but leadership vision is all about culture, transformation and growth.
