      Pros

      Genetec is honestly the best company I’ve worked at. People are passionate about what they do, the benefits and bonuses are great, and the offices are really nice with perks like a gym and an affordable cafeteria. People are genuine and supportive. You’re given the space to try new things, grow, and keep learning, while still being encouraged to push yourself and improve.

      Cons

      Nothing really comes to mind. It’s a fast-paced environment, which might not be for everyone, but it works well for me.

      Re-orgs have affected team unity but leadership vision is all about culture, transformation and growth.
