      Pros

      Great work environment, great people, and an exciting company. It's amazing to work with a group of people who are so committed to making a real difference in the lives of their employees and clients. I've never worked anywhere that truly wanted to make such a positive impact in the lives of the people they work so hard for. You can't say enough for the management. They have an amazing plan for the future and are without a doubt the most approachable group I've ever worked with. Everyone's input is valued.

      Cons

      If you're looking for an established company that's been doing business forever, this may not be for you. It's a startup with a mountain of potential that has already penetrated multiple markets. That's not much of a con...If you want to go with a boring, established, stuffy corporate atmosphere, stuck-in-a-rut company, there's a million out there. But if you want something exciting, and possibly game changing...

      Pros

      High visibility with decision makers, lots of directions for personal career growth, fantastic personalities, start-up culture, jeans are dress code appropriate, team environment.

      Cons

      The floors are purple - enough said.

      Pros

      A company with a real purpose that lives its shared values every day. I've never worked on a team like this before--everyone truly has each others' backs and loves each other and loves what we do. It is refreshing to work for a company that believes in chasing purpose over profit (and when you do, profit chases you).

      Cons

      Nothing. Keep believing in your people, your mission, and your purpose. Stay true to your core beliefs and don't compromise ever.
