      There are plenty of opportunities for growth within your role. and leadership is very supportive of career progression. Company culture is also fantastic - collaborative, inclusive, and genuinely caring. You really feeli like you're part of the team that values each person's contributrion. Benefits are also competitive. Lastly, hybrid setup is a big plus.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
