Note the previous reviews: ‘big tech woke ideologies’, ‘leaders surrounded by yes-men’ and ‘people disappeared from the company for offering improvements’. This is Genesys. The management is a grimy mafia, where friends promote friends and those who ask too many questions are eventually ‘clipped’. They are spineless and incompetent and rewarded for simply nodding along and driving the minions to do the work they can’t understand. Genuinely bonkers mad CEO, with zero concern for ruining the careers of others if they happen to tarnish the 'Genesys message' (you'll know all about it, should you sign up). Their secretive, malicious cabal of designers are the most disinterested, intellectually insecure people on the planet. Their only talent appears to be stabbing colleagues in the back. You’ll get harassment that’s covered up on all levels, provided it’s a yes-man who’s doing the bullying. The most positive thing I can say about this strange, wackadoodle company is that it’s made me appreciate the normality of the environment I now work in, and I hope it stays like that and doesn’t ‘do a Genesys’ until the day I retire.
