* Some processes in HR, Admin and finance definitely needs improvement. * HR is not clear in grades, titles and appropriate compensations. * Travel desk needs improvement. No proper directions for people travelling to other countries. * No shuttle services. * Only few people (non-managerial) takes the lead and manages all the happenings in the company. They don't give opportunity for other employees' initiatives.
