Pros
Administrative jobs are remote and that's a plus. The company's days are numbered due to its recent bankruptcy. Hopefully, the next company to take over will care about patients and employees.
Cons
The company is all about money, they don't care about patients. It is very top-heavy, with lots of Global, Division, and VP titles. These people have no idea what is really taking place in the centers and really don't care. It's all about making money. The 5 pillars are preached but not followed by the decision-makers. The higher the title the less they care about employees and patients. If I could give no stars I would.
