Although new, this is my first year, I've followed this firm for 15+ years before joining them here in the DFW area. I did so because of their positive reputation with both Candidates and Companies in the field, I've been in for 30+ years....paying close attention to how they treat their employee's over the years etc. They have deep relationships that have stood the test of time, with highly successful professionals you can trust and I personally respect. Genesis10 is "real" delivering workforce solutions that are proven, trusted and superior. Senior Leadership (Harley Lippman CEO and his Sr. team) are very hands-on, listening, making adjustments in "real" time...daily, weekly....who does that? They have 6 delivery centers across the country, a Dev10 and Veterans program that are proven and true game changers for some of the top companies in the world. Genesis10 is solid and not going anywhere!! Considering a career here?....you won't be disappointed.

Too new to comment, as my experience to date has been nothing but positive and exactly what I hoped and expected. No frills environment, what you see is what you get!! People that like to hide, will NOT do well here. however...love the light and you will shine bright.
