The only pro is that you would work less than 40 hrs a week.

Poor upper management. Everyone at the corporate office is related somehow to the CEO and COO and it's hard to tell a department head they are dropping the ball without having the fear of a backlash. You're required to drive to multiple locations using your personal vehicle and the amount they pay you for mileage doesn't cover the gasoline used and you put A LOt of miles in your vehicle. No medical insurance is offered. No PTO till you're there a year. They require you to be on call pretty much 24/7 High turnover rate for small company. Poor scheduling department. The technicians are the pawns of th company.

Never worked a full 40 hour week, but paid salary. Mileage reimbursement. Independent work environment.

Horrible communication with management. Write-up's given like candy. Treated tech's like we were disposable/replaceable.
