      It is a nursing job in a tight market. You will learn great time management skills. CNA's are good to work with.

      Cons

      Unorganized, high turnover rate for RN's, many empty supervisor positions, not enough staff. High patient to nurse ratio, Patient to CNA ratio.

      Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, nice office space

      Cons

      Horrendously overworked. They kept promising help that never arrived. I felt terrible having to let certain tasks fall by the wayside because I was always drowning. I was afraid to take a day off and worked through illnesses, making it harder to recover. Administrator didnt care.
