Decent for new grads - Occupational Therapist Genesis HealthCare Employee Review

Therapists work holidays, including Thanksgiving and Christmas. It's difficult to take PTO. Inconsistent hours and not guaranteed hours - I haven't received a full paycheck in a year. There are no bonuses, raises, or matching of 401k. Upper management puts stress on lower management, which gets passed on to clinical staff. Too much emphasis on productivity and financials instead of providing quality patient care.
