Pros
Great benefits, several locations to work at so hours can be flexible. All satellite locations were closed on Sundays so this created a nice work/family life balance.
Cons
Sales management was poor and was not always honest with current and potential clients. Cared only about lining their own pockets and not the clients/customers we serviced. Often promises were made to clients that were not possible to fulfill, especially during times of short staffing. This generated a lot of customer service complaints and challenges.
