The reason we do multiple interviews and provide a final job shadow interview is to show you exactly what you would be doing in the position you applied for. We always want to be extremely transparent in our interview process.
Although you listed little supervision as a pro, one of the things we take pride in at Genesis Acquisitions is our strong leadership core and being able to mentor others, because of this every individual is assigned a manager/leader. This leader is responsible for training, developing, and helping each person on their team set and achieve, personal, team, and business goals in turn we are able to achieve our clients goals.
We do a multiple interview process with each and every individual we hire and we explain the benefits of our business model and management training program in detail in your second round interview where we are completely transparent, about pay, hours, travel, and many other aspects of our business. We apologize and are deeply sorry if this was not explained thoroughly for you.
In terms of training, everything we do is hands on so all employees know before they even get started with us exactly what to expect.
