Really rewarding working with the children, very independent role, will push you to your limits, adopt leadership values, confidence, extensive training, supportive team

I didn't like the fact that I wasn't that close with my team. I wish that I was in touch with them more, but by going to client's homes independently, it's just not that type of position. I wasn't very close with my district manager either. She was very unhelpful, as were some of the other support team leaders.
