Pros

Can attract smart, technical people, pay is above average (hint: there's a catch)

Cons

Cutting corners is the name of the game; if you like to work on interesting projects and then be asked to do them in half the time allocated and without delivering a working solution, this is the place for you. Profit first and customer service last. There seems to be a severe case of Stockholm Syndrome permeating the organisation and the only time you collaborate with peers is to commiserate about the situation you've found yourself in.

Pros

Great place to be if you want to work from home, lots of interesting tech projects for some big names in the ANZ region. Salary!

Cons

Working from home with people all around ANZ comes with its own challenges and not a lot of interaction or knowledge sharing between teams. Workload can be huge at times with minimal management of resourcing. These problems would likely be present in any remote first organisation.
