Pros
At GNF, I had the opportunity to develop a wide range of clinical skills in an encouraging environment. As a clinical assistant, I gained hands-on experience in compassionate, high-quality patient care while working in various areas of the office. From reception to assisting in the OR, clinical assistants at GNF are trained in advanced clinical skills and entrusted with responsibilities that most students don’t encounter until their third year of medical school.
As a member of Dr. Luk’s concierge team, I truly enjoyed working by her side and assisting in patient care. All of the doctors were caring and went out of their way to teach us. Gaby, the practice manager, was incredibly supportive and always available to address any issues. She fostered a collaborative work environment among the CAs.
I appreciated the fun, high-energy workplace and built great relationships with my colleagues and the leadership team.
Cons
There weren't many cons to working at GNF. The job requires dedication but the work is rewarding and inspiring!
