Some people don't work as hard as others.

Most centers are nice, updated and clean

The pay is very very low, even though the price for children to attend is one of the highest in the area. Upper management does not listen to staff if there are any major issues going on... unless you are a chosen favorite. I have seen teachers handle their rooms very very poorly but management usually doesn’t want to listen or deal with tough issues.
