Pros
- getting to work with some big name companies - flexibility - set out to do a good thing but depending on the country, some are good at working towards the mission and some are not - and have a long way to go to get there.
Cons
- systems are all over the place - very focused on funding and bums on seats rather than focusing on the quality of the learners - no consistent volume employer partner for some tech cohorts, but management don’t care and just expect placements to happen. - tell staff they’re not micromanaging when they in fact are - not a lot of movement within the company & pay isn’t amazing.
