Time flexibility. Excellent vacation benefits. Empowering. Autonomy. Great for an entry level and get experience. Good travel opportunities and very good for making contacts and meeting interesting people.

Slow and very burocratic decsion making process. Salaries are low. No retirement benefits. Leadership varies, some are excellent others are horrible.

Not particularly difficult work, but mostly because there's very little you can actually hope or expect to get done under the circumstances.

Management completely out of touch, bizarre SOPs out of Barcelona that don't translate well in Silicon Valley, confusing company mandate with no clear identity, and no resources to accomplish whatever that mandate might be. Very low ceiling for advancement, responsibilities far outside the scope of the job description, pay scale which doesn't even remotely keep up with cost of living.
