1). A great work -life balance if you're working with US/EUR stakeholders 2).Friendly, open-door culture, with very few exceptions 3). Not a stressful, cut-throat work environment.
Cons
1). Pay levels may lag the industry slightly 2). Promotions take a lifetime to come around 3). Increments for the last 1-2 years have been on the lower side, due to falling short of targets
