Pros
Pay is higher than most other companies in the area. Almost 4 weeks of PTO (Vacation and Sick days) available in the beginning. Good benefits at an affordable rate.
Cons
No work life balance. Expected to work 7 days a week unless you use PTO time or request for a possible weekend off which is governed by seniority. "Good Old Boy" systems among teams where you're not allowed to be anything other than a straight white male. All inclusivity activities are a joke.
