      The people and the capabilities at General Mills are what make it a wonderful company to work for! I feel like I am constantly learning on my desk and that makes the job so rewarding!

      Cons

      There is a lot of lingo to get used to. Once you sift through that the job is a lot of fun!

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
