      Excellent company that gave me the opportunity to learn about food, ingredients, raw materials and food safety that started with Pillsbury Co. Products and suppliers development working closely with R&D and QRO.

      Cons

      Multiple restructures in recent past. Stop losing good professionals who bring their knowledge to competitors.

      Pros

      Vineland Plant felt like Family. Miss them all. Management was friendly and good to get along with. Plenty of over time.

      Cons

      Plant closed 2017, along with alot of hopes and dreams. Many had over 35 years there. Whole.plant was union and yes there was some dead wood (non workers).
