      Nice and friendly culture Amenities, employee appreciation, and office nice (incl. company store, subsidized meals, and onsite gym)

      Cons

      Flat organization, although this is prevalent in almost all CPGs now Hierarchical and still processed (re: slow) Very competitive (under guise of friendliness)

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
